Does the 4-Port USB-C Hub with PD support daisy-chaining or cascading multiple hubs together?

No, the hub does not support daisy-chaining or cascading multiple hubs together.

Is this 4-Port USB-C Hub with PD compatible with my operating system?

The hub is compatible with most USB-C Host devices ranging from the following:

macOS (10.12 and later)
WINDOWS (10 / 11)
IPADOS
CHROME OS

Can all ports on the 4-Port USB-C Hub with PD be used for data transfer and charging, or are some dedicated to specific functions?

Only one of the ports is capable of charging (Power Delivery 100W) and data transfer (10Gbps). The rest of the 3 ports support data only at 10Gbps.
Note: USB-C Data ports do not support charging or video output.

Can the 4-Port USB-C Hub with PD handle multiple devices connected at once without performance degradation?

The hub can handle USB drives and external drives without performance degradation. However, connecting multiple external hard drives to all ports may cause disconnections due to the power consumption required during transferring/downloading.
Note: The max output voltage is 5V. Ensure that you are using devices that do not exceed this.
