Return Policy

I. Application Period

Customers may submit a return or exchange request within **14 calendar days** of receiving the shipment, provided the criteria for returns or exchanges are met. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

II. Eligible Scenarios for Returns/Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

1. The product has a manufacturing defect;

2. The company shipped the incorrect model or quantity;

3. The product was damaged during transit (provided that valid proof of damage is available at the time of receipt).

Products must be returned with their **original packaging intact, including all accessories, and must show no signs of use, scratches, or other damage.**

III. Ineligible Scenarios

- Returns based solely on personal preference (e.g., "I don't like it") or incorrect model selection;

- Damage caused by the user, water exposure, unauthorized disassembly, or external scratches;

- Missing packaging or accessories;

- Requests submitted beyond the specified application period.

IV. Return/Exchange Process

1. The customer must submit the order number along with photographic or video evidence of the product via email;

2. Upon approval by the company, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued;

3. The customer shall return the product according to the provided instructions;

4. Once the company receives and verifies the returned item, a replacement or refund will be processed.

V. Shipping Costs

- In cases where the company is at fault (e.g., quality defects or incorrect shipment), the company will cover all shipping costs;

- For all other return or exchange scenarios, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

VI. Refunds

Once the returned item has been verified, the refund will be issued via the original payment method. The processing time is typically 7–14 business days.

VII. Revisions to Terms

The company reserves the right to update these return and exchange terms from time to time. New versions will become effective upon publication on the website.
